Delegates from the European Conference (25 provinces and regions) and from the Africa-Madagascar Assistancy (7 provinces, 3 regions) met during GC 35 to discuss how the two conferences might help one another.  Representing the European Conference were delegates from Ireland, North Belgium, South Belgium & Luxumbourg, Germany, Spain, Poland and Portugal.
