There are five parishes run by the Jesuits in Nigeria, Ghana and Liberia with three of the parishes in Nigeria, one parish in Ghana and one in Liberia.

Four priests, Fr. Timothy Baghrmwin, S.J., Fr. Emmanuel Ugwejeh, S.J., Fr. Kelechi Egonu, S.J., and Fr. Kelechi Ahamefula, S.J., with one scholastics, Peter Ehimanre S.J., work at St. Francis Catholic Church, Lagos.

Two priests and one scholastic, Fr. Matthew Cassidy, S.J., and Fr. Ubong Attai, S.J., and Alexander Irechukwu work at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Accra.
