The suggested offering for accommodation (meals included) is N 2000 per day. This will mean N16,000 for an eight day retreat, N12,000 for a six-day retreat, N3500 for a weekend program, and N54,000 for a Thursday through Sunday program. For a Day of Recollection, we ask N 5000 for the director and facilities and N300 per person for lunch. We regret the need to raise our prices so much; the cost of living has risen sharply. Anyone who cannot pay the full amount may see the director. When a person makes a booking, we ask for a non-refundable, deductible deposit of one-third of the amount, that will show commitment to coming for the retreat or program. The Centre can accommodate a maximum of 30 guests (single occupancy) or 40 with double occupancy. Retreatants are never asked to share a room.

Six and eight-day directed retreats are scheduled during the months of May, June, July, August, and September. During this season, we shall employ the services of experienced guest directors. All retreats of any kind are conducted in an atmosphere of prayerful silence and reflective solitude. For those making private retreats, consultation with a staff member is possible upon request.

Scheduled retreats are either six or eight full days in duration. Arrival is anytime between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. on the designated day. Departure is after breakfast on the morning following the retreat. The same arrival and departure times also hold for all programs, unless specified otherwise.

It is helpful to bring writing materials, and any special medication you may require, and, in the rainy season, an umbrella.

Our POLICY is to work with the leaders of the West African Church: bishops, priests, religious men and women, and laity. We offer retreats and programs in formation and leadership. Thus, the Centre is not available to outside groups for social functions, professional seminars, etc.
