There are currently two schools run by the Jesuits in Nigeria : Loyola Jesuit College, Abuja and St. Francis Catholic Secondary School, Lagos. The latter school belongs to the Archbishop of Lagos but is run by Jesuits. There is one school run by Jesuits in Ghana: Quaye Nungua Primary and Junior Secondary School in Accra, and it belongs to the Archdiocese of Accra but is attached to St. Anthony Catholic Church, which the Jesuits serve.
